Maybe go to a turn 5 or so? To avoid any penalties for sure. It would be a pity to work on something and then discover that there are additional variables in an equation that you are unaware of ;)

I should use a diffrent senario all together to be honest but i was being lazy.

Reminder that i wont only change in an axis advantage if leaderloses stay the same i will make it so all the good soviet generals become active at turn 3 to prevent them from all being killed.

That is an awesome idea. I will make my own test that, hopefully, will show that is is not even close to 15% for a leader to die if HQ is overrun. Probably in the evening. And I hope that devs will fix it.

I think they should be locked anyway. Even if there is 5% chance to be killed.

Looking for ways to make the soviet player actually care about his industry. Main thing is that i will remove most of the armament pool.

I just want a balanced game. Not one side to be OP while another one is pretty bad.

I played against the Axis AI into early 1943.

In my game it would appear that Armaments points is not a hindrance to either player. Also I had 1400+ Admin points.
