Scarz -> Reinforcement Cards (2/17/2022 10:45:09 PM)

I have been pushing my Armee level (Ger) HQs forward, trying to keep them in decent range of their korps. But it occurs that there may be some game function with the reinforcement cards that I will be missing. The cards say sent to nearest HQ within range. Can these cards be outrun?
Thanks for any help here in advance.
Also, as a wish list item, it would be nice if the cards identified where the reinforcements will come in...I know the cards give a town name, but a "yellow" identifier on the map would be nice.
