3 Tank Divisions,6 Infantry Divisions, 1 Arty Division and 2 Engi Regiments with Infantry
for attactments for Defense

My Plan is not to reinforce Formations which took casulties and instead constanly built up
new Armys who always have 3 Tank Divisions and 6 Infantry Divisions with the same layout of sub
formations.

The First Reserve Army will be used in Ukraine and around Odessa
