I am modding the Wacht am Rhein scenario and would like to 100% activate the 112th Regiment of the 28th ID on turn 2. The 28th it appears activates all it's units on turn 3. I can not find what table regulates the 28th ID activation. I have played with the Reduced AP table but to no avail. I would also like to do this for the 424th Regiment of the 106th ID. Both commanders of these regiments showed initiative to extract their units but the game does not model this.
Can anyone hep me?

Maybe you can use the "AI Zone assignment table" to fake this.

All US 1st Army units have a random AP reduction due to caos at Army HQ for the first 2 turns.
You can change the value in the AP reduction table (1st Army and subunits).

Thanks! I give them both a try! But the enter 106th division is hors de combat for 3 or 4 turns! The 424th regiment of the 106th extracted itself and was key for the defense of the fortified goose egg!
