I think that you're missing St. Cyr's point. The comments I have seen here, though apparently well meaning, have no relevance to the design of the game that will be released. It's going to be what those building it say it will be. No suggestion I have seen has been commented on by the designers as something that will be incorporated into the first version of the game.

All we can do is wait for the result, which will either please us or p1ss us off.
Ditto. We must acknowledge that since Bart stepped in on the forum the responsiveness has increased 100fold. Thanks for that.
There are still questions open and Bart can probably address most of them.
It is however still very unclear what kind of timing we will see on a release.
My thanx. As I mentioned when I popped into this forum I will do my best to make sure all of your questions are answered. There are some that are still outstanding, my apologies. But, development is our first priority and I canno justify taking the time away from development to get to some of your questions. As best I an answer them I will respond. My head has been on getting the game put together.

I can tell you we are in beta testing and wehave uncovered a number of things that we feel we need to address. While none of them are life threatening, they are important and it takes time to get to them. To touch on what David added, we will not release it before we are ready. Part of what I want to acheive with Matrix is to make sure that we do are best to stay within a schedule. But, the game development industry almost never hits dates. Thus, I do not want to give you any information without being sure about it. I am working on a release plan for this game, however, I cannot give a firm date...yet. Give me some time to get you this.

Carry on...and keep the questions coming.

Bart
