get my pictures and photos appear as lbm files in the PIC folder? I have been collecting photos, converting to lbm files, changing the lbm numbers in the SpawawEditor but when I go back to the game all I get is a cake of strange forms and colours. Please, some help. I don´t know what I am doing wrong.

You need to open an existing LBM in a graphics program, like PSP or something, then copy/paste your new 160x80 pixel picture onto the existing original, be it color or B/W, then save as a new, or the number you are replacing, what have you. That will do the trick... Warhorse
