The Pentium 60s were a joke. My custom 486DX-120 mopped the floor with the Pentiums right up until the P100s with MMX started showing up. Scary thing is...I didn't trade in my 120 until 2000....and then built an Athlon 600....which morphed into the current machine, a T-bird 1200. My parents had a Packard Bell...actually had a couple of them. I DREADED going home to fix them, those machines were downright EVIL. Actually, I have yet to buy a brand system...which may explain why a.) my case is never closed on my gaming rig b.) at any given time there may be $500-$1000 of parts lying around the room (ESD--ha!) c.) most games need a "tweak" to get them running...but oh do they run FAAAAST.
