Well, I do have 2 DVs, which may make a difference.
And, I've been upgrading (if you can even call it that, mostly tweaking weapons load out), infantry, and that's cheap. 20 somthing points, I think, for swapping the satchel charge only engineers with the satchel and flame engineers, and I think even less for turning the Co Cmd squads to SMG squads.
I've not even begun to touch tanks, yet, as the T-34/40 is doing well. They'll get a turn, with time.
I think if I'd started with tanks it would be slower upgrades.
