What a predicament. Those crazy Suzukiities in Tokyo must be using a dodgy conversion calculator. This is my new motorcycle:

Reading the manual, under the section entitled [B]Using The Transmission[/B], there is a table called the Shifting Up Schedule. It tells me approximately what speeds I use each gear for. It says:
Gear Position[COLOR=Silver]______[/COLOR]km/h[COLOR=Silver]______[/COLOR]miles/h
1st > 2nd[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]20[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]12
2nd > 3rd[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]30[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]19
3rd > 4th[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]40[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]25
4th > 5th[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]50[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]31
5th > 6th[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]60[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]37
Trouble is, I seem to be doing 60kmh before I shift out of 1st :confused: By my experience so far, the table should read more like:

4th > 5th[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]240[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]150
5th > 6th[COLOR=Silver]_________[/COLOR]280+[COLOR=Silver]________[/COLOR]175+
Those wacky Japanese, maybe they are just trying to protect their warranty :rolleyes: Anyway, I gotto go. I have to go down to the shops for some milk... ;)
