Don't underestimate the FB potential vs. destroyers. Even 250 lb. bombs can cripple them. To conserve your LRBs, try night attacks en masse or don't send everyone out at once on a daylight raid. Night raids don't build up as much fatigue, and virtually no chance to be intercepted. What is your submarine status? Park a couple near that SC TF of Herbie's - especially S-boats: that'll wake him up. Just don't ask me about how to handle carriers..... :p
