While attempting my 1st serious SD, I have been a heck of a time simply placing VLs. Basically, the ones that automatically appeared with my map wont go away, and I cannot seem to move them. I just want to be able add/remove VLs. I cannot find ANYTHING in the manual that deals with this.

The ones that are there from the start, you can just ignore...Since they have no value they will not appear in the actual game. Only the ones you add victory points to (or other exceptions, chek manual) will appear.

Just press the button to get to the victory location assignment screen and then use teh "n" and "p" buttons to go form 0 to 20 and hit the "show location" button to show the location...remember the interface was DOS based...
