Hmmm... good question. The game mechanics, however, require you to work in large groups to be successful, and in anticipation of that, we always fight with the Brigade on our ops.
The Brigade spawning is still a "soon" feature, but I have little doubt they'll have that in shape. They've implemented a "gun wobble" that's proportional to your stamina, i.e sprint 100 yards, drop down on belly, raise rifle= VERY wobbly and they got rid of the uber luger.
