That sounds fine to me and I agree with your points about AT guns and mortars included in with the unit. Also 10% of the points value is easy to work out. Do you try to balance the forces and make them as realistic as possible I played against a guy once who's entire armour was made up of wolverines! In case you were wondering I am in the UK R@lph.
