Hello, I ordered my MCNA on june 13, it was shipped by Usps on july 19 and I am still waiting.I am hopeless

Did you post a support request to the help desk? Please post you order info, and tracking number to the help desk and we can help you. We offer two systems of support to customers. The forum here is for questions about game play or why a game doesn't work that involves general knowledge about the game and computer systems. You get the advantage of many minds working on the question and high odds that someone will quickly answer your question. The help desk is for questions that pertain to you alone, or involve information you don't want to post in public, such as order, shipping, product damage, or the like. There are only a few of us who work the help desk and its often a day or two between our visits. So please be patient.

The question is: Who, having ordered the MCNA CD, is still waiting for it to be delivered (especially those who went with USPS). Some of us still awaiting delivery would like to know if we are the only ones still waiting also, if in fact USPS has actually managed to deliver the CD to anybody (especially those outside USA and Canada). (This is not a gripe with Matrix Games as once USPS got their little hands on the CDs (on or before July 19) delivery has been out of Matrix's hands)

IF you have not gotten your disk and do not have a tracking number, and have not reported the fact to the help desk, then we have no way of knowing you are out there waiting. Please use the help desk to reolve shipping and other prodct issue that affect you personally. ASk questions here on the forum!
