The file is 420 megs regardless of what you see it listed as. I have confirmed this by the way.
Both files are the same file too.
415 is what it looks like in a zipped file with a web link and a read me note added. When unzipped it is 420 and the exact same file.
When you are done getting either file (because both are identical, so what one works easiest), go here, you will want this add on file.

Its a mini patch that was offered originally in a thread from Wild Bill and addresses some missing text files.
