Been lovin' it nearly seven years since late 1994 when I say it in beta version as plain old SP!
My wife says I love it more than her, but then says she's just kidding. I wonder
Love it like a pair of good broke-in shoes.
Love it so much I lose sleep, eat a cold supper and rush out the door late for work.
Gotta love this game and the miles it has traveled to get where it is!

! Of course the nearest defenders were about 3 turns away ![]("redface.gif")
. Those howitzer and mortar teams were on their own against GE Special Forces. Real touch and go! The ammo truck drivers were firing pistols at them while the artillary used direct fire and annihilated each others crews.
Totally upset my carefully planned timetable and left my attack without artillary and smoke during a crucial phase. Nothing could have been worse!
God, I love this game!
