Could you post a sticky with development plans? Not specifics on what you do, just an overview and you planned timetable.
We know what planned means. If you think you can have it ready in 4 months, and you can't we won't hold you to it, but knowing how far along you are, in relation to what you've planned helps us a lot. Then you can also update if you push your timetable a week7month/year. Anyways, it's an idea to keep us updated on the progress.
A sticky with recent news might be good too. If you keep one sticky with your monthly reports, then it might get to be a bit long, but we'd always have it in the top and know where to look for news ;)
