After comparing items on my computer that runs SPWAW and the new computer that gave a "restrictions" error when trying to start the game, I created a Config.sys file with two entries: Buffers=30 Files=50 I did this in msconfig, checking the selective startup box and the process configsys box. Now the game seems to work, but only using quick start. We shall see what happens.
