I'm new to these forums, as well as to WaW. Just found it a few weeks ago, though I've been playing the original SP since it came out. I love the updates, major kudos to the devs [8D]
Couple newbie questions, i suppose...
1. How to purchase the air/strike elements? In the original SP they were in the arty section, but I've played several campaigns and have not been able to find them. My shermans are not having fun attacking PZ V's with no air support... hehe
2. How to decrease scroll speed, if it's possible at all?

Welcome

The strike elements are located in 'Misc' purchase screen. However they are not necessarily always available, weather, time of day being major things limiting their availability.
As for the scroll speed, go to the preferences and experiment with 'scroll delay' setting. However this affects only the main map screen, not the arty plotting screen.
