Am playing as US on scen.16 and am starting to have great sucess with subs. Once ammo was nearly all used up sent them to nearest port to re-arm. Problem is some of them aren`t taking on any torps. Know that you can only take on mines at Brisbane and Nomeau, does same apply to torps or is it just because I still have 1 or 2 on board? Also do subs get upgrades at these bases or at pearl and do they suffer fatigue or anything like that?

does the base have fuel, or enough supply. If you leave them docked at port they should rearm themslves if ttere are enough fuel and supplies at the base. If there is enough fuel and supply at the base then there s no reason why you cant refuel from base.

Thye dont suffer fatigue but build up system damage while at sea (ie not docked or in port). They dont have upgrades, but get improved torpedoes later in the war.
