Hello For command and control, check manual from page 75 onwards for explanation. Basically it is a kind of a crutch [;)] some players use to supposedly make game more realistic. Using it you need to assign objectives to formations, pay attention to unit stance and in general do a bit more planning. Many scenarios become totally unplayable if you use this option, especially ones that have a river crossing. Victory frontage - in random battles you get more victory flag groups. Command interventions give you more time for your turn during an online game. Live delay determines the delay before an info popup appears when you hover a cursor over an object or hex Unit comm - when on a unit which is 3+ hexes away from hq must have a radio and pass a check if it wants to stay in contact with its hq unit.
