Looks like nearly everybody spotted something! I noticed that empty mag in the .45 also, but the pistol itself was authentic. AmmoSgt got the one I was referring to: The .303 Enfield leaning against a tree, and while I presume it was of the era, I couldn't be sure because the end of the barrel wasn't showing. It was the magazine that caught my eye and allowed me to ID it as a weapon the Americans didn't use. (BTW, I completely missed the Mauser.)
I don't know that much about radios, but what I saw look clunky enough to convince me it was reasonably authentic.
All in all, we're some sharp-eyed experts, and Hollywood should hire us to check any war movie before it's released!
