Subedei -> updates needed from 5.01 to 7.x or 8.x (6/25/2004 9:36:02 PM) It has been awhile since I played SPWAW. In fact, it has been since 5.01 that I played last. I want to play MCDF (I have the original 5.01 CD) in 8.x but cannot find any patches from earlier than 7.x. I have read the forums and they simply suggest downloading the patches. if any exist from 5.01 I am sadly unable to find them. Any suggestions as to what to do (without buying MCDF again - I am sorely broke) would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Major Destruction -> RE: updates needed from 5.01 to 7.x or 8.x (6/26/2004 4:01:19 AM) DEsert Fox was designed for use with Version 5. It should work perfectly with that OOB version. There is no need to upgrade the OOB to a later version.

It is not very likely that you'll encounter any serious problems. With 8.01 I think the only bug is that lewis lmg teams look like trucks [8D] Voriax
