My daughter has magic powers...I hope, cos I'm getting desperate. I'm letting her use the computer for 30 minutes now and when I come back the DD will be waiting...............it's guaranteed.

That sounds like my magic umbrella. It's magic because it's gurenteed never to rain whenever I bring it with me.

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:34:15 AM)

Well, I'm back...and that didn't work either. Anyone want to buy a daughter, 15, quite attractive and intelligent, own horse, only problem is she claims to have magic powers and I've just found out it's not true.

Or it could be matrix's fault.

Or mine for trying the idea in the first place

Pianoman -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:35:15 AM)

I recommend EBay but the next knock on your door would be Scotland Yard.

freeboy -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:35:38 AM)

You could get good money in some places.. pretty sick huh?

More importantly, can she cook? [:D]

Does she come with a copy of WitP? [;)]

PeteG662 -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:38:54 AM)

Does she tolerate WITP since her magic didn't work! LOL

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:40:56 AM)

Don't ask!!!!!!!!!! I'll find out when I get a copy.

Yes, she can cook - and after watching the film "Pearl Harbour" she has a burning desire to get revenge on KB...they killed her favourite film star. I'm hoping too indoctrinate her so we can play the game H to H............
My ten year old son has just offered to pay half if anyone will take her...sociologists call it sibling rivalry.

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:41:58 AM)

I was hoping her 'Magic' might help me break a few Japanese messages..........

Grell -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:44:00 AM)

Say Ian,

Is she any good at rowing? Just a thought old buddie!

We manufacturers call it a factory incentive....

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:46:23 AM)

If she was, she'd be here helping me now. Man, this is getting tough, chapter 3 and still 2 thousand miles to go.

Grell -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:47:47 AM)

LOL@Ian!

Must concentrate......row....row...row.......

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:52:36 AM)

Just a thought. If the DL comes out while I'm here I won't be able to download it......just watch how quick I turn round and get home. thank god for the gulf stream... I live 1500 feet up in the hills and if I go real fast I won't have to get out for the last bit.. if i hit the beach just right at the right speed........

ggallagher -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:53:58 AM)

You rowing a DUKW?

IanLister -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:55:56 AM)

Now there's an idea... it would be so much easier with a motor. Maybe next time.

Grell -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:56:34 AM)

Okay, my wife walked in with that stern look wives give.....

Looks like the jig is up for me.....but she will be gone for two weeks as of tomorrow (with the kids in tow).

Adios.

ggallagher -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 12:57:35 AM)

Mind, if he's anything like me he'll be back in ten minutes or so........

Arnir -> RE: Magic Powers (7/1/2004 4:20:14 AM)
