It is also important to note that the website above (http://www.findmyorder.com) is where you can resume the download if you closed your browser.

Arkady,

Have you tried one of the third party download resume utilities such as Getright or Download Accelerator, or does your proxy prevent those as well? Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having, as far as we can tell the store servers are doing fine so the problem must be between us somewhere.

Regards,

- Erik

Me too,
I started downloading the game last night and woke up this morning like it was Christmas!
But my serial # won't work![:@]

Any ideas????

Erik Rutins -> RE: Serial # (7/2/2004 10:13:53 PM)

Serial # won't work in the installation? Please double-check that you are typing it in with all dashes and go to www.findmyorder.com to make sure you are using the right one. Thanks.

Regards,

- Erik

Bosun -> RE: Serial # (7/3/2004 4:46:27 AM)

Well dash it all; that's just what it was. Those D--n dashes!

von Murrin -> RE: Serial # (7/3/2004 4:51:44 AM)

Copy/paste the SN for best results, folks.[:)]
