GBirkn -> Japanese AI passive in China? (7/5/2004 3:40:19 PM)

I'm in mid-March, 1942, and the AI has yet to even try anything at all in China. Elsewhere it looks like the AI has done a pretty decent job; it's more or less on schedule in conquering the SRA, and it's thrown me out of Burma pretty efficiently, but literally nothing in China. There, the AI has launched a few air raids here and there and reconned any number of bases, but as far as I can tell it hasn't moved any of its ground units except for a base force that tried to march North from Hanoi. Is this common?
