For those interested, a new file by AdmiralLaurent lists in an Excel file all the resources (manpower, HI, oil, ressources) and factories on the map on 7th Dec 1941 (scenario 15). This file is available in the WITP Fansite (just click on my signature)

No offence taken, I will be happy to see someone double checking them. I have extensively tested the ressource and oil use and my results are OK with the game. Same for the naval production (I did another Excel file also available on Spooky's site for that) and it works. But I didn't go in depth with armament, vehicle and airplane industry. Also remember that the formula do not include spoilage, losses in transports and momentary shortages. It seems to me that ressources and oil moved during the turn can't be used by the local HI.

The only thing I've found wrong so far is the numerous misspellings of RESOURCES [;)]. Thanks to the admiral and Spooky for the effort and hosting.

You're welcome. And I learned something today. ReSSources is the French spelling... I should have written it all the time like that.

It's ok, I figured as much. Doesn't take too much effort to correct the spelling in your docs. The files are very helpful, thanks again.
