When an opponent receives the PBEM turn from his enemy, is he able to see the enemy attacks actually happen? Or, does he just get a fixed image of thge map after the enemy has done his thing?

In tao 3 / korson atd the replay is every unit move, step lose replacement etc, only with fog of war, called hidden units you do not see all of this... so I may see a unit move, or see a unit which is unknown move, here its treads , or if infantry its feet marching. I hope this answers your?
Also.. this feature called replay can be toggled off by agreement of each player at the start of a game..
