Spectra -> Computer sends damaged ships off-map... (7/26/2004 3:05:47 AM)

I'm currently playing Senario #6 as the Japanese, and snuck in a port raid on Enewotok (sp?). Put 10 bombs & 1 torpedo into the Iowa. A few turns later, I loaded the save game up as the Americans, to see how much damage she took, and couldn't find her at all in the game.
Finally, I checked the arriving ship list, and she's listed as entering the game in 300 days. I'm pretty sure the computer sent her off-map for repairs.. However, this senario is suppose to be restricted, no ships sent off-map (at least the human Japanese player can't).. Is this correct??
