what level port do you need + AS so you can load torpedos? what level port do you need to completely resupply/refuel an allied carrier?

I think you need 2500 supply in the port for the AS case...any size port.

I believe it has to be enough supply that the base will allow the AS to spend supply - bases tend to horde supplies for their own personal use... So as long as you have more than it wants your golden... Xargun
