We can decide what types of planes to manufacture and how many as such I would really like to upgrade my planes my way, so if I decide I hate the oscar and go straight to the tojo I should be able to upgrade to the tojo and not the oscar. So any army fighter squadron can be upgraded by any fighter that is in the army fighter list.

No, but he will have 10,000 of them in his pools by wars end.

true he may 2ndACR but with Japans production changed and more planes of a better type in the air that 10,000 may get thin.

Yep, I play as the IJN so I do know the feeling.

The thread is "Aircraft Upgrades". About 10 threads down. Trust me it has been argued to no end.

Maybe they could make a copy of scenario 15 and include these options as a way of keeping those of us happy??

Seriously, u make mods tankerace if they gave us some way of turning it on then we could get u to make a new version of scenario 15

LOL. Yeah, we could, but as has been described it is merely a "workaround". They would actually have to make some coding changes for us to effectively do what I believe was intended.
