Nope, you get what you get in the reinforcement schedule.

Nope. You cannot make any new units as either side. You get what you get and when you get it... except for the japanese ships - you can accelerate the construction of some ships at the expense of others and recieve them up in up to half the time. But you cannot add anything new to the building que..

hmm that kindof sucks. How am I supposed to take over the world? (or 2/3rds of it anyway).

Uhmmm... your Japan... You can't.... You can win the game, but not the war... [:D] I agree and think it would be a nice touch to be able to enter your own units into the build ques for not only land units, but air and naval units too.. But oh well..

Damn, and I was hoping the Rising Sun could be spread to all corners of the world via my benevolent direction [:D] Mayb in a future mod or addon? Anyway its still fun.

Platoonist -> RE: Is there any way to create new divisions? (8/24/2004 2:27:55 PM)

Well...if you wanna take over the world as Japan there is always Hearts of Iron. But to me there is just something just not quite kosher about capturing Moscow from the east as Japan. [8|]

I didn't know the Japanese had "Kosher" on the menu![:D]

You probably can exploit a game feature to achieve something similar: pick up a peace of every unit you fear to lose in battle, e.g. with a transport plane and send it home. Is the main unit completly(!) whipped out, it will be be rebuild around the little seed you saved... Obviously an exploit of the system, [:-]

Isn't that just like keeping a training cadre or divisional depot school? Common practice. And not dissimilar to Mogami's aircrew training routine. Still got to fill the TOE with stuff of course which limits this exercise.

That one is so good it inspires me to get mine finally done. My photoshop program is kaput at the moment, I need to reinstall and get one done. Tried a few of the generic image programs and very dissatified with the result. Now back to the topic at hand...
