On the menu screen where the version number shows up, mine says 9.5. Dio I have a special version?...hehe

You have the winning game! Take a picture of the screen and send it into Matrix to collect your prize!

We've discussed this elsewhere, but I have SPWaW on three PCs, all using different versions of Windows. On Win 98 and XP (using 98 compatibility), 8.2 displays correctly. However, my work PC, which uses Win 2000 Pro, displays 9.5.

I don't have any explanation for this, but I personally don't like Win 2000 (an NT-based OS--yuck!). To me, it was just a failed stop-gap until XP came along.

LOL... I got all exited! Until I saw that it was a joke...hehe
I am running XP Pro.
8.2 sure seems to have alot of odd things going on.

Then you'd better not examine the backgrounds of XP too closely... [;)]

Did you uninstall your previous copy of SPWAW and delete the old directories before installing 8.2?

The same thing happened to my brother's copy until I did the above for him.
