Tim Harrison -> Full Version of v7.1 (2/15/2002 7:59:00 AM) I have no version of SPWaW at present, but have played SP1, SP2, and SP3. In view of the fact that there appears to be no projected date for the release of a Complete Game download of Version 7.0 or 7.1, what version is the next best. It seems a laborious and time comsuming process to start at the beginning and patch my way up to v7.0 Is v6 only slightly better than 5.01 or 5.03, or is there a possibility that we'll see a version 7.1 posted as a Complete Game download in the immediate future. If so, it might be better to hold out for that.

Warrior -> (2/15/2002 8:57:00 AM) Upgrading from the full v5.1 to v7 is easy, and well worth it. Or you can wait for a full v7 or v7.1 download and miss out on some of the best game time around in the meantime.

Or if you really want a challange and bargin you can purchase a MegaCampaign from Matrix or one of it's distributors for $25-$30. With it you get the full version of SPWAW 7.0 free with the very challenging and complex MegaCampiagns. I'm sure you remember them from the SP series.
