In a previous thread it was brought up about Napalm and Para-frag bombs. Has anyone done any more research into how we could incorporate these into the game?

I can see these being very effective for ground attack missions and in teh case of the Para- frag Airfield Attacks.

Napalm is already incorporated into the game. I believe when you city attack you have a chance to causing a firestorm on the target - caused by using incendiary bombs. If a firestorm results, the target takes massive damage to all industries and units in it. I just looked in the manual but didn't find it, but I know its in there somewhere.. Either its a basic city attack after a certain date or a different mission type... But either way I know its in the game - remember reading it..

City attack on any place that has manpower. Try it, you most certainly will *not* like it [:D]

Incendary bombs are not the same as napalm and not (I think) what he is talking about. He is talking about the jellied gasoline used specifically in Ground Attack missions, NOT City Attack.

Actually, I too thought that incendary bombs and napalm were 2 different things, but upon searching for "napalm" I found that they are indeed the same thing.

And here I thought napalm was a more recent invention of the Korean War era, how wrong I was!
