I agree that air recon was "super-recon" . . . but that's not why I ask. I agree that air recon should NOT be super recon. However, I do not think the wording the designers used indicated that there would be -no- recon, just that they thought it was too powerful and would be toned down.
There are air recon slots in some countries purchase screens -- and air recon -was- an important aspect of several campaigns . . . the Pacific being a very good example.
In any case, I am making a scenario . . . and need air recon. I'm not asking if air recon is too powerful or not, just if there are any units under those slots. Has anyone spotted an air recon unit?
