I'm playing Lemur scen 26 (3 game) vs AI. I captured Changsa and instead of the base becoming China Exped Army it becomes China Command. I tried to change HQ but it wouldn't let me I have over 4000 PP. First time it happend, I capture Changsa in the other two games and it got the right HQ(china exped army). Anyone seend this before? I'm playing ver 1.21.

Known bug in the code. Sometimes bases when captured are not changing there ownership. China Command is a Allied HQ.
