Download button and section! Or at least it does not show up on my system![:-]

You appear to be correct Don.

Also, if you use the "select a game" drop down menu, select Steel Panthers WaW (not General's Edition though) and navigate to the game's normal page, the link that takes you to where the usual page with the usual download links is not operational for me either.

I am unwilling to run around hysterical over this though. I will await someone telling me how they are adjusting the place.

Did notice though (tested) the Pacific War (Matrix Edition) and War in Russia (Matrix Edition) download links still perform their downloads. But you have to get to them through the select a game pull down menu option as well.

I did also note, that the "Members" function button has had its selection beefed up.

I think management might be telling us they want us to officially sign up for any downloads. But that is just me speaking out loud, and without anything more than my stray assumptions to go on.

Why hide the "FREE" game behind a members only area even thou you do not pay to get in? The system seems to be hiding the so called "FREE" game from the general public, who may or may not want to join. Which in turn will most likly get the matrix bad mouthed across other sites and will in the long run cost them sales of other games.

All you have to do is log onto the main page and you can get to all the retail downloads.

It just takes a minute to sign up...

Maybe, but after so many years of not having to, why should anyone do so?[&:]

I just wish an official would give us a definitive explanation of a few of the decisions.

Not that we will fail to survice without them, but it might help to cut down on posts complaining about stuff that confuses some of us.
