Montrose -> Any tips on dealing with Japanese pilot shortages? (11/7/2004 4:05:33 PM)

I've kicked off my first game as the Japanese on Scen 15 with 1.3 and already I'm out of pilots and its only December 1941. With just 10 IJN pilots per month coming in, I can't see how I can maintain heavy operations for long, and don't want to get to the stage where the carriers are quickly stood down through lack of pilots.

So can any experienced Japanese players please offer any tips on dealing with the pilot shortage?
