Just a tip the box set that comes in the purple box is GREAT!!!

It is full of stuff I have never heard and comes with a book of pics I havent seen.I can tell were the pics were snapped but I have never seen those particular shots.

It also contains various takes of songs (live and studio) as well as some good studio chatter.

If you dig Jimi...get this set...its four discs of greatness.

Had it for over a year now but it is a superb compilation.

no prob man....a worthy gift to give/receive for any music lover.I listened to the original copies once then put then burned them so I can put the box set on the shelf 'unscathed' so to say.
