I'm seeking a Japanese player who is willing to just play the Chinese Theater. Not sure what the parameters of this test will be just yet. Obviously the naval stuff doesn't matter. Maybe two day turns to get the game to go faster.

Would like to do it. I do have a day job and can't do tons of turns every day. Right now my PBEM opponent has been AWOL since the 23rd so I don't know what is up with that. This weekend though I should be able to work on it and with the short turns should be able to crank out turns at a tremendous rate.

Turn rate aside I would be a good person to do it since I have posted prodigiously about the land combat problem. I prefer 1 day turns since the air war is important. Too bad you can't change this parameter midstream so the first 10-15 days can be dispenced with. I would think that if AVG stays in China (which it should) Japan should be allowed to counter with a group of zero's.

I assume that you are interested in testing play balance in the theater and not so much with playing a competitive game.

Yeah, I think that will be fine. You should also be able to shift a bomber group from Manchuria to give the Japanese some extra bombers. Also, the Japanese can shift units from Manchuria to China as the assault points become available.

Do you have a mod or should I just shut everything else off and send turn. post message to let me know where to send turn. Don't know if I can send anything tonight.

No, I don't have a mod for this. Sounds like an idea for later though.
