OK WHERE CAN I FIND A MANUAL FOR THIS LOVELY GAME

Look in your start menu for the game. You will Acrobat Reader to view and, if you have a lot of paper, print it.

The PDF file is in your main game folder (the Steel Panthers World At War one, by default). There are a few other PDFs in there as well, including the TO&Es for the game.
