and yes I just checked my save - little factories like one in Nagoya changed production right - now I have 30 tonys instead 30 Oscars. But these two factories - especially this one in Tokyo which is fully operational (in gumma I have 8 Oscars on the damaged side of production) don't want to change

I didn't know anything about that... If you checked my save you can see that I have 7000 supplies in tokyo...Could it be reason???
