here in one of my pbem games is something REALLY WRONG

To say that I am annoyed is an understatement...

One of my carriers is damaged & one of my cruisers is damaged as well
I would not mind BUT

they havent SEEN ANY BATTLE AT ALL. The game is fresh, they just entered the combat zone !
There is no combat report of it. in the current 001 file.

Did they see ANY carrie battle ?
NO !
I didnt But my carries are damaged !
WHY ?

There were no notice like CV blablabla is hit or something..the TF had been not in action since the game started....I am out of words


comments ?

yes sir, I am just 3-4 hexes SE of Gili Gili. I assume that there are Marvis/Emilies at Rabaul. I never got any *reported HIT* message.

My TF was intact - ( I remembered that I re-checked my TF before this turn before they entered the hot zone becasue of the CAP settings )

of course *not* [8|]

my pbem mate just re-run the turn I gave him before this snafu happend - and now we have a carrier battle with it. the CV results shows that the same ships are damaged : 1 CA and one CV ( same ships respectively ) . The ground combat losses are different.

in his opinion it could be a different realistic/game setting issue - but I thought this issuw was

my pbem mate says that he see the same results he had seen before but for me they are different in ground losses.

He has mailed his combat results in his turn mail. I will run now the turn and see if there are any differences

seems that I was victim of the different combat result error. I remember that my CV TF had a cloud symbol over it during the first run, this would explain that no planes were flown from it.
