I played this game where i had nothing left to research, but upon finishing the game, it gave 86% as total technologies researched.
Does it mean if you pass on researching the "adv. laser beam" for example, it counts for a certain percentage (0,6% ish)
I also played this game where upon attacking a planet and firing a few shots at the first city, they would ALL explode and the planet destroyed (with over 150 population still on the planet). Does this happen when all components are destroyed?
