when you chose computer+ for example, does this override any of the other options or are the accumlitive? for example at comp+ it gets a +1 for replacements and if you also select replacements +1 does the comp have a +1 or +2 bonus? Also does the comp+ add any AI bonuses?

They are independant. All options are independant One thing you can do for the AI is choose "Normal Combat" and change it to Combat +1. Stops the AI rolloing 1s.
