Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything by searching.
I find that troop transport by air is not permitted within China and I can't imagine why. All of my air transport groups with the China Expeditionary Force as the main command do not offer the air transport option. If I pay the necessary PP I can change the command to Southern Army or some other and then the units become capable of troop transport. This is gamey however if there is a reason why air transport of troops is not allowed within the China theatre. Is this a bug or is air transport of troops within China prohibited for a reason?
I also have a pseudo-regular problem with captured Chinese cities remaining under China Command (allied) rather than switching to China Expeditionary (axis). Again, is this a known bug or just something odd with my install?
