Wild Bill -> Dates in the SPWAW Scenario Editor (4/9/2005 7:35:19 PM)

I have been able to change the dates in SPWAW Scenario editor, at least the year. I don't remember how. Do any of you remember how to do that?

how can you change the date to some date outside the range 1930-1949?

To 1950, for example?

Howdy Major D ;)

IIRC: You can't. Unless you change date into description of scenario. Might be that with Chandlas editor can handle even this 'date'. I haven't used it for some years, -yet. :)

darn.. you did get me interested of that editor again LOL [:D]

Yes Billyou can.
Just use Fred Chandla's WaW edit.
You load your scenario, change the year and save.

You can temporarily for single scenarios with mentioned method, but does not work for campaigns since thereīs nothing in the OOBs for use beyond 1949.

Also works well for WW1 stuff. I have some prototype scenario that tells you year is 1916![8D][:D] ...itīs just cosmetics....doesnīt serve any other purpose.
