This is my first time posting on this board, but I have been frequenting it since I started playing WAW. GREAT effort, Ive been playing it more than the games I actually paid for =).
I think the original Steel Panthers is my all time favorite game. And , as stated soooo many times previously here, this is the best incarnation of it ever.
Either way, the wait for the patch is really starting to kill me here because I have been purposely delaying my beginning of a long campaign for the patch, and its really getting to me now!
One suggestion I have for the long campaign is this....how about every 3rd or 5th mission in a long campaign be an actual historical scenario. One that would allow the player to face the same challenges as actual leaders did, just with their own selected forces.
Perhaps the best things in life truly are free...this game seems to be living proof.
