IronManBeta -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (4/17/2005 5:21:39 AM)

I'm playing hookey from the day job and going too. I saw more of the War College than anyone else last year and I'll be doing it again. There is nothing else like it.

Paul, are you going to try and assemble a self-aware LAN for us? Like something from that Terminator movie we watched last year?

I can hardly wait.

Cheers, Rob

donkuchi19 -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (4/24/2005 7:44:44 AM)

I am hoping to make the ride down this year.

Any idea which games you will be showcasing?

Vyshka -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (4/24/2005 9:52:08 AM)

I will be there. Signed up earlier in the week.

KG Erwin -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (5/9/2005 3:40:54 AM)

The Higginbotham family (me, my wife and our daughter) is planning on being there. I look forward to meeting you guys. I think the girls will find it fascinating.

Who else is bringing their families?

KG Erwin -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (5/13/2005 8:07:36 AM)

Is music allowed in the booths? I can bring a small CD player so we could hear Band of Brothers songs and whatever else I can get. Would that be OK?

Erik Rutins -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (5/13/2005 5:12:17 PM)

As far as our booth, we'll have looping video demos as well as game demos running constantly. I doubt you'll be able to hear a thing between us and the other vendors. [X(]

Regards,

- Erik

How last year, this year we will feature assimilation booths where the self aware LAN will fully integrate you into its distributed collective.

Resistence is futile.

FYI, we're going to be in Booth 1200 - way on the right as you enter from the main entrance. Here's the map (I've colored our booth in blue, it's on the bottom right of the image).

IronManBeta -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (5/18/2005 5:45:10 AM)

Cool, we are right by the men's can. Maybe we can rope it off and charge admission and make some real money. We can also stuff Paul's borg maker inside and assimilate them in one easy step! World domination is just a few short steps away!

Gotta love it, Rob.

Strategically an excellent position. Where else do you have ALL men move by [;)].

SuomiKp -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (5/18/2005 6:03:57 PM)

Maybe someone has a chance to take pictures of Combat Leader and post them for viewing ...

KG Erwin -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (6/25/2005 4:04:27 AM)

Who's gonna have cameras or video cameras there? I hope to bring a camera for personal archiving, but it may take awhile to get them digitally transferred. This will be well-documented, will it not?

You guys will know me right away--that 1st Marine Dvision emblem will be on my shirt.

Arjuna -> RE: Origins 2005 Convention Details Inside (6/29/2005 9:09:50 AM)

C'mon David/Erik/Marc. You should be set up by now. You promissed last year that you would be much better organised.[;)] How about a picture of the booth with the gang at attention. [:)]
